About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Ramp and Baggage Agent to join our team at Brisbane Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of aircraft and baggage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the movement of Ground Services Equipment, including aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, and belt loaders.
  • Marshalling arriving aircraft in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Assist with safe and timely Aircraft push back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse Pushback tractors.
  • Handle a range of duties, including baggage management and lifting up to 23kgs.

Requirements
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or Australian Working Visa.
  • Willingness to undertake a Pre-employment medical test and Australian Federal Police Security check.
  • Basic-Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High level of customer service skills and ability to work on a rotating roster.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
