Operational Risk Manager - Digital and Data

This role provides second line risk oversight and advice to ensure the appropriate risk identification, documentation, and management of digital and data business activities.

The scope focuses specially on risks arising through business activity including product development and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide outcome-focused risk and control oversight and advice that ensures complete and accurate risk capture, optimises risk-reward balance and contributes to attainment of business strategy and objectives.
  • To lead thematic analysis across risks, providing specialist guidance from these reviews.
  • To provide insights into emerging risks arising from changes in business strategy, thematic reviews of internal events, key external learnings, or changes in inherent risk environment.
