
Retail Store Leader

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking an experienced Store Lead to join our team and drive success in our retail stores.
About the RoleAs a Store Lead, you will be responsible for creating a positive store environment that encourages teamwork and fosters a culture of excellence. You will lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team, and ensure that every guest interaction is exceptional. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you coach and develop Product Guides to unlock their potential and support the store in reaching its targets.
You will be responsible for managing the opening and closing procedures for the store, including receiving, processing, restocking and destocking inventory, and visual merchandising. Additionally, you will leverage all tools to manage the store business operations, overseeing sales targets, labor and budget management, and network with potential partners to support events and maximize brand engagement in the community.
The ideal candidate will have one or more years of leadership experience and 1-2 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. You will be a natural leader who inspires confidence and trust in others, and have a passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests.

- One or more years of leadership experience
