Shape the Future of Western Sydney Arts

We are seeking individuals to contribute strategically to an organisation undergoing transformational growth in Western Sydney.

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to shape culture, creativity and community in the area.

The board encompasses The Joan, Q Theatre, Penrith Conservatorium and Lewers: Penrith Regional Gallery.

Together, we engage over 300,000 people annually through performances, exhibitions, education and artist development.

We seek experienced professionals who bring expertise in business, finance, strategy or governance, technology, innovation or digital engagement, education, public policy or philanthropy, creative industries or community leadership.
