Burger Head is a restaurant that opened in Sydney’s western suburb of Penrith in January 2017. Since then we’ve hit the ground running, swooping up a number of accolades and awards along the way. This is a testament to the hard working and diligent staff we take on board.

We’re always looking for new hospitality superstars to join the team and the main attributes we look out for in our members are:

- Ability to adapt to a strong positive team culture.
- Be motivated with a "Yes I Can” attitude and demonstrate good initiatives.
- Be talkative/conversational with an enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude - a passion for people and customer service.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- High proficiency in general hospitality duties is preferred - However for the right superstars who have a general knowledge of OHS & safe food handling practices we can show you the ropes for the rest.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work various rostered shifts, including nights and weekends.

Given duties can include (but are not limited to):

- Providing quality customer service.
- Cleaning duties.
- Food preparation.
- Maintaining the shop's presentation.
- Making beverages with the possibility of serving alcohol.
- Cash handling alongside POS operating.
- Opening and closing procedures.

While experience is preferred it is not necessary, we would always rather hire the right people and show them the Burger Head way.
