Gastroenterology Specialist

Working as a specialist in the field of Gastroenterology, you will be responsible for providing clinical care to patients and assuming overall responsibility for their well-being.
This role involves providing a range of services, including:
- Specialist services at a major hospital, including liver transplant
- Inpatient care, including participating in the on-call roster for the management of gastrointestinal emergencies and urgent medical problems related to digestive and liver diseases
- Elective and/or emergency diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Inpatient consultations as requested
- Outpatient consultations
- Multidisciplinary clinics and meetings
- Supervision and teaching of registrars, junior doctors and medical students, and teaching for other members of the multidisciplinary team
You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of new treatments and services.
