About the Role

Key Tasks

  • Prepare quotations based on customer needs and our offerings, highlighting the value proposition
  • Drive sustainability solutions with customers through equipment and process audits
  • Identify and advise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales tools and configurators
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of Installed Base data quality
  • Validate costing and develop standardized offers based on the 360 Service Portfolio
  • Drive digital transformation in the sales Lead-to-Order process
  • Provide technical advice on products and applications related to Separation products within the Alfa Laval service portfolio
  • Provide technical advice on sales-related claims and warranty
  • Conduct joint customer visits with sales and channels/partners
  • Lead training and development of local sales team members
  • Collaborate with Business Units in the Central organization on all Separation products and associated applications
  • Manage stakeholders inter- and intra-teams locally and within the Central organization

What You'll Bring

  • University degree or similar in either business or sales management
  • Preferably several years of service sales experience with Alfa Laval Separation products
  • Experience in negotiations and working in a cross-functional business environment
