Hengandhurst is seeking an experienced Medical Device Marketing professional to lead and execute marketing strategy. As a highly respected global medical consumables business, we lead the way with innovative products, strategic acquisitions, and a highly sought-after culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Identify opportunities, contribute to strategy, and implement through the sales team.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure successful product launches.
- Product Launches: Launch new products and services to drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead an associate marketer to further develop their skills and experience.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop key partnerships to build our profile further.
- KOL Development: Understand customer needs better through key opinion leader development.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of medical marketing success, especially within medical consumables/devices/wound care.
- Experience in Team Management: Previous experience managing an associate marketer.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience across all forms of marketing execution, including digital.
- Results-Focused Mindset: A results-focused mindset with highly tuned organization skills.
