Speech Pathologist Role

We are a leading provider of services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with personalized care.

Our multidisciplinary team approach focuses on building quality support services around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

We seek experienced Speech Pathologists who enjoy flexibility in working across various settings, including clinics and community environments.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services.
  • Providing early intervention and parent coaching for infants and young children.
  • Assessing and implementing interventions for school-aged children with literacy, social communication, and speech-language challenges.
  • Supporting adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management needs.
  • Delivering neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Experience leading and supporting others.
  • A passion for collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
  • A desire to make a real difference in the community.
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS.

You'll be working with a diverse range of clients, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with communication difficulties or acquired brain injuries.
