About Our Client

Our client is a leading agency based in the CBD, seeking a skilled Digital Coordinator to support their digital operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Department's daily operations to maintain the brand's digital presence across websites, the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and digital products.
  • Utilize WordPress and other content management systems to manage digital content and address any technical issues.
  • Assist in creating customer service journeys and setting up event registrations in Events Air, including ticketing and pricing details.
  • Create lead trackers and event apps, ensuring their readiness six weeks before events.
  • Coordinate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure timely recording and dispatch of app and lead tracker notifications through the CDP.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Coordinator with a strong background in digital platforms, including web, social media, CRM, and insights portals. The successful candidate will have experience in WordPress, including development and PHP/JavaScript coding, social platforms, Google, and Salesforce.
