Position Summary:

We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients in Sydney CBD.

This casual role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and delivering outstanding results.

About the Role:
  • Meet and greet clients, hand over keys, and provide a tour of the building and facilities.
  • Organize maintenance repairs as needed.
  • Handle general inquiries from guests.
  • Complete pre-arrival and pre-departure checklists.
  • Assist in setting up new apartments.
Requirements:
  • Background in hotels or hospitality preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation:

$40 per hour. $100 per meet and greet.
