About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Venue Manager to oversee the management of our venue, ensuring consistency and quality across all aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, ensuring seamless execution of events and daily operations.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, motivating and inspiring staff to achieve outstanding results.

• Oversee the operational management of the venue, including inventory management, POS systems, and financial controls.

Requirements:

- Proven track record as a General Manager or significant venue management experience, ready to take the next step in the hospitality industry.

- Strong ability to deliver exceptional results, with a focus on KPI achievement and team performance.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

• Proficient in bar operations and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
