Job Title: Support Professionals and Job Trainer

We are currently looking for casual support professionals (disability support workers) in the Hobart area of Tasmania.

  • - Support Professionals – SIL and Individual Supports
  • - Job Trainer (Hobart region) – Supporting our clients on the job

Both roles are at Level 2 Pay Point – Oak EA.

As a Support Professional

  • - Work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • - Deliver tailored care aligned with each client's personal support plan
  • - Work across different locations and care needs
What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • - Full unrestricted driver's license
  • - Personal qualities like empathy, patience, and resilience
  • - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • - Basic IT skills
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • - Qualifications in related fields are desirable
  • - Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement
  • - National Police Check
  • - First Aid/CPR, Medication, and Healthy Bodies training
