The role of a Corporate and Renewables Lawyer involves handling global corporate matters with a collaborative team and industry leaders. The position requires a talented lawyer to tackle mergers, acquisitions, foreign investments, and emerging sectors in renewable energy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in renewables, M&A, and/or foreign investment, trained or worked in a leading specialist firm, and bring strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to the high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Mergers and Acquisitions (Domestic & Cross-Border)
- Takeovers and Capital Strategies
- Foreign Investment and Approvals
- Structuring and Restructuring
- Commercial Contracts
- Governance and Compliance
- Emerging Sectors in Renewable Energy
Candidates should have 3+ years of post-admission experience as a Corporate/Commercial Associate and preferably experience in renewable energy, M&A, and/or foreign investment.
Senior Associates with up to 7 years of post-admission experience will also be considered.
