  • Engaging with clients to present market promotions through phone communication and networking
  • Building and sustaining relationships with both prospective and current clients to guarantee exceptional service

  • Resolving client challenges and providing training on the trading platform

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Comfort with cold-calling and strong telephone and negotiation abilities
  • A solid understanding of the functionalities of an FX eCommerce trading platform
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative in the foreign exchange sector
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, along with a polished personal presentation
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure to meet sales targets
  • A proactive attitude and determination to excel in a competitive environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required
