We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Rugby League Merchandise Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Penrith Panthers.

As a key member of our Merchandise team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and promoting Panthers merchandise.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Maintaining high levels of product knowledge and making recommendations to customers;
  • Processing transactions, handling cash, and operating the point-of-sale system efficiently;
  • Assisting with general customer inquiries, online orders, and membership processing;
  • Maintaining store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock organization;
  • Performing general shop duties, such as cleaning and maintenance.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail;
  • A proven track record of accurate cash handling and financial management;
  • The ability to work efficiently and proactively, both independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
