Transport Portfolio Coordinator

As a key member of our operations team, this role will involve managing daily transport operations and growing a strong portfolio of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients using our platform, matching them with suitable carriers based on rates, availability, and reliability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments, fostering productive collaboration.
- Leverage relationship-building skills to develop and manage a diverse client portfolio, transitioning seamlessly into an account management role.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated solutions that satisfy customer needs and progress company goals.
This role requires a goal-driven multitasker with creative problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills to distill complex ideas, an innovative mindset that continuously strives for efficiency, and a customer-centric approach committed to meeting client and transport partner needs.
