- Hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
- Have a comprehensive understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven experience within an early childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
