We are seeking an experienced Ground Services Manager to oversee our operations at Mackay Airport. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for Ramp and Customer Services, catering to Airline Customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with valued Airline Customers based on trust, respect, and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage functional relationships with all airport stakeholders.
- Drive Safety and Compliance standards in accordance with Airline and Company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Innovatively address challenges while consistently ensuring Safety and Compliance.
- Lead a dynamic team of over 15 employees, emphasizing strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding service standards for defined Safety and Compliance standards.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Ground Handling Services at an Australian Airport.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in people management, with a strong ability to confidently manage people.
- Deep understanding of Airport Regulations and Compliance.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, empowering individuals and building effective teams.
