Renewable Energy Growth and Partnerships Lead

The successful candidate will drive growth and partnerships in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard high-impact solar resellers and retailers while identifying new market opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity through analysis.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead and support partner relationships with training, guidance, and technical support.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and tech developments in solar and battery innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • You're a relationship-first, results-driven sales professional passionate about renewable energy and familiar with the reseller landscape.
  • Must-Haves: 5+ years in sales or business development within the solar or energy storage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar and battery storage systems.
  • Proven track record of hitting B2B sales targets.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy.
  • CRM proficiency and strong MS Office skills.
  • Ability to travel across NSW.
