Residential Aged Care Coordinator

Our Residential Aged Care Home, located on the Northern Beaches, is seeking a Permanent Lifestyle/RAO Coordinator to develop and implement specialised activity programs and social activities to promote the psychological, social, and physical wellbeing of our residents.
This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires previous experience working within an aged care environment. You will be responsible for creating engaging and meaningful experiences for our residents, promoting their independence and autonomy.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure, good communication and documentation skills, as well as empathy for the elderly. They will also be required to obtain a current First Aid Certificate and undergo NDIS checks and COVID vaccinations.
