**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Assurance Specialist to join our team at Infinity Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our loan processes meet the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, compliance, and risk management, with experience in the mortgage, finance, or lending industry. You will be responsible for verifying loan approval conditions, reviewing client-signed documents, and conducting thorough audits of lending files to ensure compliance with policies and standards.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and provide constructive feedback to enhance our service delivery.

About the Role:

  1. Verification of Loan Approval Conditions: Ensure all conditions are met and documented prior to settlement.
  2. Compliance with Final Documentation: Review client-signed documents to ensure alignment with approved loan terms and compliance obligations.
  3. Finance File Compliance Audits: Conduct thorough audits of lending files to ensure compliance with policies and standards, and collaborate with external auditors.
  4. Quality of Data Entry: Audit accuracy of data entered post-lodgement to prevent discrepancies.
  5. File Archiving: Ensure proper archiving of loan files as per company data retention policies.
  6. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to internal teams and suggest improvements to enhance processes and training.
  7. Update Scorecards and Reporting: Maintain compliance scorecards and compile reports on audit findings for management review.
  8. Training and Upskilling: Develop training programs to keep staff informed on compliance and audit requirements.
  9. Post-Settlement Review: Conduct reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. Certification or proven knowledge in compliance and quality assurance processes is a plus
  3. Experience in the mortgage, finance, or lending industry preferred
