Job Title: Quality And Risk Manager

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to lead a highly skilled and functioning team in monitoring and responding to health outcomes.

The Quality and Risk Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and systems that ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered services.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Fostering a culture of safety across the hospital through excellent communication and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring adherence to national policies and regulatory requirements
  • Establishing collaborative working relationships with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the hospital and Ramsay Health Care network

To achieve this role successfully, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing or healthcare administration, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.

They will also possess excellent leadership skills, as well as experience in facilitating activities or processes to achieve hospital-wide accreditation.

Postgraduate qualifications in Management/Quality and Safety are desirable.

We prioritize delivering high-quality patient care and practicing a philosophy of 'People Caring for People.'

Requirements include providing a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months and potentially a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
