Apprenticeship in Supply Chain Operations

This is a unique opportunity for Year 10 students to gain valuable work experience while completing a certificate in supply chain operations.
The apprenticeship will be based at our Plumbing Geebung branch and involve working with our team to provide excellent customer service, process sales, manage stock, and complete other essential tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be able to follow instructions, and be enthusiastic about learning new things.

As an apprentice in our supply chain operations program, you will be responsible for:
- Embracing our company values and policies
- Providing exceptional customer service

- Processing sales and managing stock
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
- Maintaining a high standard of work and contributing to a positive team environment
