About the Role

This two-year program includes:

  • Year 1: Build Your Foundation - First-year rotation, skill-building workshops, and cross-functional exposure to different areas of the business
  • Year 2: Elevate Your Skillset - Second-year rotation with more responsibility, advanced professional skills training, and immersive projects to build your capability

You will be paired with a dedicated senior leader mentor and participate in an intensive development program to grow your skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent completion of a degree or relevant qualification
  • Full Australian/NZ work rights (or a grad visa valid for 3+ years)
