Are you passionate about creating positive impact for people and the planet? This role offers a unique opportunity to join a team driving growth through customer-centric lending strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-board new customers, manage anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements, and perform necessary searches and checks.
  • Arrange valuations, manage drawdowns and settlements, and provide ongoing support to deal team members.
  • Support assessment processes and complete customer communications relating to loan drawdowns, rollovers/reviews, and transactional matters.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects, actively seeking ways to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Existing lending experience, ideally including some commercial.
  • Strong knowledge of loan origination systems, good working knowledge of banking systems & CRM systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of AML/CTF, KYC legislation.
  • Proven ability in implementing policies, procedures, and standards of operation.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
