Electrical Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance, technical support, and mentorship.

  • Leading and mentoring team members is essential for this role as you will be responsible for guiding the team to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key areas of focus include:

Project Management

Manage multiple electrical engineering projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule. This includes identifying project requirements, developing project plans, and overseeing project execution.

Technical Expertise

Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical engineering initiatives, spearheading the design and development of complex electrical systems and components. In addition, ensure all projects and systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Collaboration

Collaborate with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives, driving innovation in our projects and shaping the future of our Electrical team.

Requirements

A dynamic individual with excellent leadership and communication skills is required for this role. They should be able to drive innovation in our projects and shape the future of our Electrical team.
