This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Working Conditions:

Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun. Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a related field or a strong desire to learn.
