About the Role
The Groundsperson/Maintenance Professional will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of facilities, ensuring all assets are safely functioning within a best-practice framework.
- Maintain buildings and properties to the highest level, safeguarding against potential damage or loss.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the grounds and gardens.
- Ensure company assets are properly maintained and safeguarded.
- Provide quality administration support to facilities service provision.
- Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in:
- A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies and cultures.
- Punctuality, sound judgement and ability to work unsupervised.
- Developing and sustaining harmonious working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Satisfactory communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to interpret and implement Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Facilities management including maintenance, services and upgrades.
