About This Opportunity

This exciting 3-month contract role offers the chance to join a dynamic purchasing team based at Huonville. As a full-time employee, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for duties such as processing purchase orders, receipting invoices, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding quotations, deliveries, and investigating invoice discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing purchase orders and ensuring data accuracy

- Receipting invoices and verifying their accuracy

- Communicating with stakeholders across all areas of the business

Requirements

- Recent experience in data entry

- Proficiency in dealing with numbers

- Excellent administration and customer service skills

- Shows initiative and demonstrates excellent problem-solving

Technical Requirements

- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint required
