Job Overview

At our fine jewelry brand, we redefine luxury for women who want to express themselves. As a Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting experience that makes them feel at home.

We're looking for someone with a passion for fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly. If you have a keen eye for style and can connect with customers on a personal level, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service through personalized styling experiences and thorough product knowledge
  • Drive sales and meet performance metrics by being knowledgeable about products and services
  • Stay informed and up-to-date on product launches, services, and promotions to educate customers and inspire them to try new things
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and support each other's success

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to effectively deliver on customer needs and work as a team
  • Ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge to suggest and style for customers
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver on customer and business needs effectively
  • Attention to detail, highly organized working style, and strong sense of initiative
  • Able to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time and meet key performance indicators
