Nurse Educator

This is a School Based Youth Health Nurse position based in Dalby, Darling Downs region. The successful candidate will service State Secondary Schools in Dalby, Tara, Miles, Taroom, and Wandoan.
Key Responsibilities- Promoting health and preventing illness among young people through education, early intervention, and care planning.
- Building trusted relationships with students, school staff, and families to deliver engaging health education sessions and support whole-of-school health initiatives.
- Assessing young people's health needs, coordinating care, and collaborating with school teams to shape health-promoting environments.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can inspire compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage.
