We are seeking a skilled construction professional to be based on-site with our client in Gladstone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and geotechnical engineering, and construction management, with experience providing advice on construction methodology, planning, sequencing, site management, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and revising construction documents, including specifications and contract drawings
  • Overseeing the entire construction effort to ensure projects are completed according to established design, budget, schedule, and quality parameters
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions and resolve technical issues
  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising field activities
  • Buidling and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management
  • CPEng/RPEQ certification or eligibility to apply within 12 months of joining
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management within the mining or civil infrastructure sectors
