Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Estimator to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing accurate and timely repair estimates using iBodyshop, liaising with customers and insurers, and working closely with our workshop team to ensure repairs are quoted accurately and approved promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely repair estimates using iBodyshop.
  • Liaise with customers and insurers to explain repairs in a clear and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the workshop team to align repair scopes and timelines.
  • Identify repair methods that balance quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Estimator (panel shop background preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of iBodyshop (non-negotiable).
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of automotive estimator experience required.
