Aged Care Registered Nurse

Cranbrook Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bayswater Gardens, a premier aged care residence in Abbotsford, Sydney Inner West.
As a casual Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring accreditation at all times.
- Lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents, building capability as required and overseeing performance to ensure safe, efficient, and effective care.
- Current registration with the NSW Registration Board
- First Aid and CPR qualification essential
- Fluent spoken English and literate in English
