Job Overview

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service.

  • Provide information and assistance to clients, stakeholders and the public by collating, reviewing and processing applications.
  • Greet and liaise with clients and stakeholders to offer accurate advice and information about Justice Services in line with business processes.
  • Offer high-quality administrative services to regional program areas, including support for Community Correctional Services and Sheriff's Operations.

Successful candidates will have well-developed computer skills, experience working in teams would be advantageous, and the ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for service improvement while delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will undergo pre-employment checks which may include reference checks, national police checks and misconduct screening.
