This position is based at Alive Oasis Leisure Centre in Hunstanton.

For all roles, excellent communication skills with confidence when interacting with members of the public are essential.

Relevant qualifications or willingness to achieve them are necessary. Lifeguarding responsibilities for the pool are included, along with assisting in day-to-day operations such as reception duties and cleaning tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidates will also be involved in teaching swimming lessons to varying abilities from non-swimmers to advanced, with full training provided for this role.

The starting salary for this position falls within the range of £23,368 to £39,864 per annum.

A competent level of swimming is required, ideally holding National Pool Lifeguard and Swimming Teacher Qualifications or willing to attain these.

A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) is mandatory for all appointments.
