About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to drive strategic growth and transformation in a dynamic, commercially focused business. As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, you will partner with the CEO and board to develop and execute strategy, driving a large-scale transformation of the finance function to achieve key outcomes and greater commercial acumen throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the senior executive team to develop and execute strategy
  • Present key financial performance insights to the board and executive team
  • Lead all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management
  • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure all statutory reporting and compliance requirements are met
  • Identify top-line growth opportunities while implementing internal cost control initiatives
  • Identify business drivers and translate data into key decision-supporting insights
  • Lead group-wide transformation programs to implement 'best in class' business processes and ERP systems
About You
  • Proven track record of successfully operating at the Head of Finance or CFO level in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, high level of commercial acumen, supported the strategic growth of the business and driven transformation initiatives
  • People-centric leadership style and the ability to embed finance throughout the organisation as a true business partner & advisor
