About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Martech Development Engineer to join our team at Griffith University. As a key member of our Marketing Technology team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise
    • Design and develop complex software components and modules using appropriate modelling techniques.
    • Develop, configure, and maintain business functionality, including applications and infrastructure, with a focus on Marketing Technology.
    • Integrate and coordinate applications and infrastructure to deliver business outcomes and drive interoperability.
  • Software Development
    • Design, code, verify, test, document, amend, and refactor complex programs/scripts and integration software services.
    • Accept responsibility for creation of test cases using own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Release and Deployment
    • Assess and analyze release components. Provide input to scheduling. Carry out the builds and tests in coordination with testers and component specialists.
    • Maintain and administer the tools and methods – manual or automatic – and ensure information exchange with configuration management.
  • Application Support
    • Maintain application support processes and check that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
    • Use application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics, and create reports.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Martech Development Engineer who holds relevant postgraduate qualifications or is progressing towards postgraduate qualifications. You will have extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in Development Engineering and a front-end Martech development role.
