Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Educational Programs

Develop engaging and effective educational programs with Steiner pedagogical practice meeting NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requirements.

Model the Steiner Ethos

Adhere to and model the Steiner ethos and philosophy throughout the delivery of education, maintaining a commitment to ongoing professional and personal development.

Pastoral Care

Maintain a nurturing, positive learning environment and attend to the pastoral care of all students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Parent Relationships

Establish and maintain positive and supportive relationships with parents and carers, fostering a sense of community and cooperation in the education process.
