State Leadership Opportunity

A key role has become available within our organization to oversee the operation of a new retail site.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can manage store operations, develop retail strategies, and maintain a high-level customer service culture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing inventory levels, developing sales strategies, and leading a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial position
  • Excellent sales skills and knowledge of distribution management
  • Ability to lead, take ownership, and manage staff effectively
  • Proficient in using inventory and POS software
