Personal Care Worker Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Worker to join our dedicated team. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of residents and be part of a caring community committed to providing exceptional care.

The successful candidate will support residents to live the life they choose, allowing them to exercise choice and independence. They will assist residents with daily hygiene tasks, such as showering, shaving, dressing, mouth and eye care, and continence management. Additionally, they will assist residents who require assistance with mobility as per their care plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents to live the life they choose
  • Assist with daily hygiene tasks
  • Assist with mobility

Requirements:

  • Certificate Level III (Individual Support)
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in aged care, health care or hospitality
