We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Japanese-Speaking Expat Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth transition and ongoing support for expatriate employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to Japanese-speaking expatriates, addressing their relocation, housing, and cultural adaptation needs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the expatriate assignment process, including visa applications, immigration procedures, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless expatriate relocation and integration into the local community.
  • Offer ongoing support to expatriates throughout their assignment, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter.
  • Organize cultural orientation sessions and language training programs to enhance expatriate integration and success.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to expatriate assignments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support with company expenses and basic payroll processes.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Proven experience in expatriate coordination, PA, EA, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of the challenges faced by expatriates living and working abroad.
  • Knowledge of VISA regulations, particularly those related to Japan, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is advantageous.
