Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining common areas to brand standards, ensuring guest room in-stay & departure cleans meet hotel benchmarks, and providing feedback on hotel common area condition.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms.
- Conduct thorough room cleans, paying attention to details such as dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly and maintained regularly.
- Report to the Hotel Manager and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve hotel goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
