We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeping professional to join our team in Melbourne.
About the Role:
- Present rooms impeccably, including thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, making of beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing of amenities in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area, and clean and tidy public areas to a high-quality standard.
- Sort, fold, count and stack linen and bedding
- Ensure the security, confidentiality, and privacy of hotel guests is maintained, by operating with integrity and diligence
- Work in adherence to health and safety policies and procedures, and report any hazards, faults, or damages to management
- Build successful working relationships with colleagues and contribute to creating a dynamic workplace culture
- Be flexible and take on additional tasks as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, reporting any discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
