Aluminum Welder Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for performing high-quality aluminum welding operations on trailers.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Reading blueprints and job orders to ensure accurate completion of welding tasks
  • Operating and maintaining welding equipment to optimize productivity and safety
  • Inspecting completed components to verify specifications and quality
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety standards

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience with aluminum welding, including MIG Arc and TIG techniques
  • The ability to read blueprints and follow job orders accurately
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement
