About the role:

Reporting to a store manager, you'll be accountable for running the service department and front of store operations. Your responsibilities will include checkouts and customer service desks, ensuring your store is impeccably presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.

  • Previous experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments
  • Proven leadership skills to lead, coach, and develop teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Excellent service standards, maintaining clean and safe checkout areas for staff and customers
