We are seeking talented individuals to join our team of graduate engineers. As a member of our organization, you will be part of an ever-growing and dynamic environment that supports the delivery of combat systems integration projects and tasks for naval vessels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing engineering technical expertise based on relevant experience and knowledge.
  • SUPPORTING design activities for naval ship systems, applying robust systems engineering processes.
  • Conducting technical investigations, root cause analysis, and solution identification.
  • Delivering high-quality technical reports and documentation in accordance with established standards.
  • Collaborating effectively with the broader engineering team to engage with different disciplines in the development of new naval ship system designs.
  • SUPPORTING assigned engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Participating in design coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Supporting Design Review meetings with clients.
  • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of engineering design tools, baselines, and drawings.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Naval Architecture, Aerospace, Structural, Mechatronics considered).
  • Proven skills and experience in a related engineering function.
  • The ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments.
  • The capacity to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
