  • Conduct hands-on testing and collaborative work with engineering and security teams to strengthen the security posture of Microsoft's productivity suite.
  • Develop and maintain areas of expertise, expand into new areas, and share best practices across teams.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable tasks, devise systematic solutions, and identify patterns.
  • Solve issues systematically and transparently to stakeholders in technical implementation of solutions related to specific kinds of security issues.
  • Design with long-term sustainability and broad applicability in mind, leverage existing solutions, and contribute substantial changes to their improvement.
  • Identify and differentiate between solutions to come up with the best-case solution and start to define policies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in identifying security vulnerabilities, software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, and anomaly detection.
  • 1+ year(s) people management experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
