We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educator to lead a room in our Long Day Care setting. The successful applicant will be well supported and resourced through collaboration with experienced, enthusiastic and highly qualified co-workers.

**Job Details:**

The role involves leading a team of educators in planning, implementing and evaluating high quality educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to six years old. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, and at least one year of work experience as an Early Childhood Educator Room Leader.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Leading and motivating staff to deliver high quality educational programs
• Planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children and families
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives
• Maintaining a safe, sustainable and attractive environment for children

**Requirements:**

• Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
• At least one year of work experience as an Early Childhood Educator Room Leader
• Current First Aid Certificate for an early year's education and care setting
• Strong understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework (VEYLDF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
